SEO & visibility report

Prepared for Magdalena Godlewska · 4 July 2026 · ioioio.pl (8 pages) and one competitor

The short version

29 / 100

SEO health score: 29/100. The site is honest and warm, but Google can barely see it, and the software underneath is from 2020 and can't carry the shop you're planning.

Weighted across technical, content, on-page SEO, structured data, performance and measurement. Full method available on request.

Three things stood out. First, the site has almost no search presence: the homepage title is just "iOiOiO", there are no page descriptions, and the content is too short for Google to rank. Second, there is no measurement at all — no Google Analytics, no Search Console — so nobody knows how many people visit today. Third, the WordPress installation is six years out of date and runs on a PHP version that stopped receiving security fixes in 2021.

None of this is bad news for the plan. It means we invest nothing in rebuilding the old site. We make a handful of cheap fixes now, and put the real effort into the new Shopify home for IOIOIO.

What already works

What we found

Technical foundation

CriticalThe software is six years old.

WordPress 5.5 (August 2020), PHP 7.3 (security support ended December 2021), and the Live Composer page builder, which is no longer maintained. This is a security risk and a dead end for new features.

The fix: don't renovate. Build the new site on Shopify and leave this stack behind.

MediumThe server is slow to respond.

First byte arrives in 0.62 seconds; the competitor site we checked manages 0.14s. The homepage also loads 24 separate style and script files.

The fix: resolved automatically by the move to Shopify's hosting.

LowSmall polish items.

No favicon (the icon in the browser tab), no security headers.

The fix: both come as standard in the new build.

Visibility in Google

CriticalPage titles carry no search words.

The homepage title — the strongest single ranking signal — is just "iOiOiO". A parent searching "logopeda dla dzieci online" has no way to find you.

The fix: every page gets a title like "Logopeda dla dzieci — online i stacjonarnie | Magdalena Godlewska". On WordPress a lightweight SEO plugin makes this a fill-in field; on Shopify it's built in.

HighNo page descriptions anywhere.

Google invents its own snippet for each result, so you don't control what parents read before they click.

The fix: one 150-character description per page, written once. Same tool as the titles.

HighHeadings are inverted.

On most pages the main heading (H1) is the logo text, and the actual topic ("Terapia", "Diagnoza") sits three levels down. Search engines read this as a site about "iOiOiO", not about speech therapy.

The fix: a theme-level correction on WordPress; automatic in the new build, where every page gets one true heading.

HighLinks shared on Facebook or WhatsApp show no preview.

The site has no Open Graph tags. Parents live on these channels, so every shared link currently looks bare and untrustworthy.

The fix: the same SEO plugin adds sharing previews in one step; standard on Shopify.

MediumNo structured data.

There is no machine-readable information telling Google (or AI assistants) that this is a local speech-therapy practice run by a named specialist. That also weakens how AI tools like ChatGPT cite you.

The fix: add business and person markup; full product markup arrives with the shop.

Content

HighMost pages are too short to rank.

The homepage has 90 words. The Numicon page has 30 — a heading and a price. Pages this thin almost never appear in search results, whatever else we fix.

The fix: expand each service page to answer parents' real questions, in the voice your brief already defines.

HighThere is no About page.

IOIOIO is a personal trust brand, and the site never says who Magdalena is — no photo, no qualifications, no story.

The fix: the About text in your brand brief is ready to publish today, with your photo and credentials.

MediumLeftover installation content is still public.

The default "Witaj, świecie!" post (with its sample comment), the "Bez kategorii" category and the /author/admin/ archive are all indexed. To a visitor — and to Google — this reads as an unfinished site.

The fix: delete the post and category, hide the author archive. Ten minutes with admin access.

MediumNo answers to the questions parents actually search.

"Kiedy dziecko powinno zacząć mówić", "ćwiczenia logopedyczne w domu", "nauka czytania sylabami" — these searches are the future traffic for the PDF products, and the site says nothing about any of them yet.

The fix: a content plan built from keyword research; every article feeds the future shop.

Measurement and trust

CriticalNo analytics of any kind.

We can't see visits, enquiries or search performance. Nobody knows how many people visit today, so nothing can be measured or compared.

The fix: install Google Analytics and Search Console first — free, and every later decision needs this baseline.

HighNo Google Business Profile found.

For local searches like "logopeda Białystok" the business profile matters more than the website itself. If one exists, it isn't linked from the site — we need to confirm this with you.

The fix: confirm whether a profile exists, then claim and complete it: photos, hours, services, reviews.

MediumTrust signals are missing.

The contact address is a personal Gmail; there are no testimonials, no photo, no list of qualifications.

The fix: set up kontakt@ioioio.pl, and start collecting testimonials and a credentials list for the new About page.

Competitor snapshot: agnieszkakapron.pl

Worth studying, not copying. Agnieszka Kaproń sells courses, webinars and PDF materials — but to speech therapists, not parents. So she isn't fighting for your audience directly. What she demonstrates is the business model working in Polish: a free e-book collects email addresses, a newsletter warms them up, and a "bestsellers" shelf sells the products. Her site runs 27 blog posts and 45 landing pages behind that machine.

The gap is the opportunity: the same machinery aimed at parents and at Polish families abroad is a less crowded space. One of the questions below asks who you see competing for that exact audience.

The plan, in phases

Minimal cost · optional

Phase 1 — quick wins on the current site (only if we keep it running)

Runs in parallel

Phase 2 — foundations for the new site

The main build

Phase 3 — the new IOIOIO on Shopify

Cost: Shopify's trial is $1/month for the first three months, then about $30/month. The store is set up in your name and lives on a private development address while we build; ioioio.pl stays untouched until launch day, when it points at the new site with every old address redirecting to its new equivalent.
Ongoing after launch

Phase 4 — launch and grow

Questions for you

Short answers are fine — bullet points, voice message, whatever is easiest. These unblock Phase 2.

Market and competition

  1. Who do you consider your main competitors — both for parents buying materials (Printoteka? Logopestka? others?) and for local therapy clients? Agnieszka Kaproń targets therapists, so she may be a model rather than a rival.
  2. What exact words do parents use when they first write or call you? Their phrasing tells us what to rank for.
  3. For Polish families abroad: which countries matter most to you? (UK, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, USA…)

Current situation

  1. Do you have logins for the WordPress admin, the hosting and the domain? Who set the site up originally?
  2. Does a Google Analytics account, Search Console, or Google Business Profile exist anywhere? Any numbers on visits or enquiries?
  3. Where do clients come from today — recommendations, Facebook groups, Instagram, local contacts? Which social profiles do you actively use?

Products

  1. How far along is the Starter Pack — idea, outline, drafts, or finished worksheets? What is a realistic date for a first sellable version?
  2. What feels right on price, for the Starter Pack and for smaller single packs? (Therapist-targeted PDFs on the Polish market sell for roughly 39–199 zł.)
  3. Would you be comfortable giving away a small free sample pack in exchange for an email address? It's the engine of this model.

Brand and formalities

  1. Do you have professional photos, a list of qualifications and certificates, and any parent testimonials we may quote?
  2. Should the brand read "iOiOiO" as on the current site, or "IOIOIO" as in the brief? Do any logo files exist?
  3. For selling online: is there a registered business, what's the VAT situation, and do terms of service and a privacy policy exist in any form?

Suggested next step

Send back answers to the twelve questions. The first decision after that is whether to repair the current WordPress site at all, or leave it as it is and put all the effort into the new Shopify build. The Shopify development store can be created in your name right away, either way.
