Some projects are big. This one is a dessert.
A friend kept asking for my Eaton Mess recipe — strawberries, cream, broken meringue, a few details that matter more than they look. Rather than send another message that would sink into a chat history, I made it a page: step-by-step, Polish first, English a tap away.
It's the smallest thing this studio has shipped, and one of the most used. There's probably a lesson in that.
The recipe is open to everyone. If you make it, the only rule is: don't be tidy. It's called a mess for a reason.
